Almost one-third of the susceptible women are affected by this hair loss problem. However, it is mainly noticed after the menopause. Losing 100-125 strands of hair per day is considered normal but when hair does not regrow or daily hair shed limit of 125 strands is exceeded, then it is termed as true hair loss.
